When my massage therapy business started to pick up, I knew my current appointment scheduling system wouldn't last. It was really high-tech, involving a pen and a $10 appointment book from an office store. I was afraid to rely on an online system, since I tried using some established calendars (like iCal, Google Calendar, iPhone's calendar), and I ran into serious problems- appointments were actually getting dropped or modified, especially after syncing. When I looked at online appointment calendars, none of the applications had the features I needed at a price point I could handle. Except for SimplifyThis.
The application simply looks fantastic; in a previous life I worked in software development, and I know how critical it is to have a good design and an easy-to-use interface. massage therapy scheduling softwareAnd that was just the first thing that struck me about SimplifyThis. Some other things that I like? It's easy to integrate and modify, so that it looks like a part of my website. It's also easy for my clients to use; too often, clients have to submit a lot of information, or actually create an account and log in- just to book a massage! I also appreciate the customer service; there is always a quick response, even if it's just for a simple "how do I use this feature here?" question. In addition, I like the feature set that SimplifyThis offers. It's got all the features that other services offer, except it's all in one package with none of the "upgrades" or "extras" that other services offer (with commensurate extra charges, of course). I appreciate the features that make my job easier, like the reminder emails that the system sends. Most comparable services charge an extra dollar or two per month for that feature! And, most important: it's reliable. It's remarkably bug-free, which is pretty darn impressive considering the number of features that SimplifyThis offers.
To whom would I recommend this software? Well, are you a business owner? :) Really, whether you have mostly new clients or repeat clients; one employee or more than one; if you're a consultant or a chiropractor; in my opinion, this software will make your booking and billing faster and easier.
